By placing an order during a Reserve Window or pre-order period, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Dispatch Timing
This item is sold on a pre-order basis and will ship on or after 22 February 2026. Dispatch dates are estimates only and may be subject to change due to factors outside our control.
Order Processing
Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase to secure your order and allocation.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes commence from the dispatch date, not the order date.
Changes & Delays
We reserve the right to adjust dispatch timing where required. Any material changes will be communicated via email.
Cancellations
Pre-order items may be cancelled for a full refund prior to dispatch by contacting customer support. Once dispatched, standard returns policies apply.
Mixed Orders
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise stated.
