Our proprietary 'Lifter Worldwide Express' Shipping service (pictured above) will have your gear delivered FAST!
7-10 business days to metro areas
10-14 business days to rural areas
(Depending which service you choose at checkout)
Processing takes 2 business days.
Address changes after fulfilment are not possible.
We do not take responsibility for orders sent to incorrectly-entered addresses. Redelivery and return fees are paypable by the customer if required.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Sales on discounted items/orders are final.
Size exchanges are to be organised within 7 days of delivery and items must be in brand new, unworn condition to be accepted.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to Mass HQ in NT, Australia
We do not take responsibility for stolen packages (unless shipping insurance is purchased).

1) Significant issues with quality i.e. stitching, fabric, print.
2) Incorrect order received i.e. if you received different items from the ones ordered.
