Since this is a global operation, ive had to place the warehouse in a geologically-strategic location. This location is China.

If i set up the warehouse here in Australia, then the US and EU wouldve had to deal with expensive rates and long shipping times.

If i set it up in the US, then the EU and AUS wouldve had these issues.

China is smack-bang in the middle of all these major markets.

This way shipping is cheap and fast for everyone.

We do not offer exchanges on items for free. It is too costly and convoluted.
