5-10 business days to rural areas
(Depending which service you choose at checkout)
Processing takes 2 business days.
Address changes are not guaranteed and are to be organised by the customer.
We do not take responsibility for orders sent to incorrectly-entered addresses. Redelivery and return fees are paypable by the customer if required.

We offer FREE exchanges for the following reasons:
1) Significant issues with quality i.e. stitching, fabric, print.
2) Incorrect order received i.e. if you received different items from the ones ordered.

RETURNS
Item must be Faulty for a Refund to be honoured.
Sales on discounted items are final.
We do not offer free size exchanges.
Size exchanges are to be organised within 7 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items must be in brand new, unworn condition.
We do not take responsibility for stolen packages (unless shipping insurance is purchased).
